Eighteen-year-old Sprint Car phenom Corey Day scored his first pavement win in just his first start when he took an impressive Late Model Stock Car win at Hickory Motor Speedway.
Day, a rising star who has already won multiple top-level Sprint Car races in 2024, wheeled the famed No. 88 JR Motorsports Late Model to Victory Lane in the second of two features on April 27. Day took the lead on lap two of the 40-lap race and sped away with the win.
