The All-Star race has a different set-up to determine the winner, however it does change frequently. The guidelines of the All-Star Race as of now are a 50-lap segment with a mandatory 4-tire green flag pit stop on lap 25, two 20-lap segments, a 10-min break, and a 10-lap shootout to determine the winner. This race was formally known as the Winston Race before 2004.
