Michael Waltrip is a former winner of Talledega, as well as a two-time winner in 2001 & 2003 for the Daytona 500 race. He formed his own team for the season of 2007, and is a co-owner of Michael Waltrip Racing. Darrell Waltrip is his older brother and is remembered by being a 3 time Nascar champion, who is now retired.Micheal Waltrip Diecastis a limited edition, and will mark the first time that Waltrip will be sponsored by Aaron’s in the Sprint Cup Series. Micheal will return to the Talledega event to drive this #55 in the Aaron’s 499 on April 25th for the Sprint Cup Series. Prism Motorsports and Aaron’s Inc will partner together to celebrate Aaron’s 55th anniversary. This special edition is available in both 1:24 and 1:64 scale, with this said there will be limited quantities made of this Nascar Diecast. So keep in mind that this Diecast Aarons 55th 2010 is available for pre order. This platinum edition is a one time special paint scheme and production totals will be visible on the custom printed box.
Action Platinum Series 1:24-scale is a limited edition collectible that includes over 100 total parts, with a die-cast body and chassis. Other features also include: hood and trunk open, manufacturer-specific engine detail, accurate header contour and simulated exhaust openings.
Also featured 1:24-scale will contain a DIN, which is visible through the back window for registration.
