Dale Earnhardt Jr currently drives the #88 Chevy for Hendrick Motorsports and is now primarily sponsored by AMP Energy and National Guard!! This NASCAR Diecast will be featuring Dale Earnhardt Jr’s one time special Hellmann’s paint scheme during an upcoming Daytona event. This will be the first race since 2005 that Dale Jr will race with his crew chief or cousin Tony Eury in the Nationwide Series. So lets get pumped up for this Dale Jr Diecast special edition to bring a little throw-back into the old days during this race on July 9th. This is a limited edition and the first time that Dale Earnhardt Jr has been sponsored by Hellmann’s! Dale Earnhardt Jr is proud to get on the track with this Hellmann’s Diecast as they are huge when it comes to sponsoring!! Do you look at this special edition #88 Hellmann’s paint scheme and think Mayonnaise?? If so that’s perfect cause Hellmann’s is mostly known for there delicious creamy mayonnaise! However they do have other food products as well, and distribute to all over the world! Remember this is a one time scheme and is produced by Motorsports Authentics and is under the action platinum series line. Keep in mind that after Jr joined with Henderick’s in 2008 switching from his original #8 Budweiser to the #88 he has achieved great success on where he would like his career to go! Currently Henderick’s Motorsport’s is holding the record to have the only team to have 3 drivers out of 4 to place in the top 3 standings. Henderick’s is located in North Carolina where they construct all race cars start-to-finish on a 100-plus acre complex!!! In this complex they build or re-build 550 engines every year, with over 500 employees that can all preform the day-to-day activities. The Henderick’s Team also leases out some of these cars other outfits involved in NASCAR! So as far as Dale Earnhardt Jr making his decision to move to Hendericks based on his career goals of winning the Sprint Cup Championship, I would say he made a good choice!!!
