Austin Dillon Diecast Bass Pro Truck 1/24 2010 Autographed

~Austin Dillion will run this special Bass Pro Shops paint scheme during this year’s Camping World Truck Series. This paint scheme will be featured on the No 3 Chevrolet Silverado in many different events while competing in this year’s 2010 Season. RCR and Bass Pro Shops have recently decided to put Dillon in this Chevy Silverado for the majority of the 2010 NASCAR season! Bass Pro Shops is a privately held retailer of hunting, camping, fishing, and other related outdoo recreation merchandise. The owner of Bass Pro Shop John Morris has had a longtime interest in NASCAR racing. He has sponsored many racers such as Dale Earnhardt, and even had Martin Truex Jr driving the #8 Bass Pro Shops Chevy while winning the Busch Series Championships in 2004 & 2005.

~Currently Dillon drives the black #3 Bass Pro Shops Chevrolet Silverado full-time for Richard Childress Racing (RCR) in the NASCAR Camping World Truck Series. Dillon also won his first Rookie of the year award during his 2008 season, right after he had a win at the Greenville-Pickens Speedway. Austin was supposed to start the Mountain Dew 250 at Talladega Superspeedway during last year’s Camping World Truck Series season, but the truck failed track inspections and he was not allowed to enter into the race! However, Dillon will drive full-time in the upcoming series for 2010. This year for the 2010 Season Austin made his first Camping World Truck Series start at Iowa Speedway. He was driving the famous #3 Chevy Silverado, and that was the first time that the number has appeared in the three major series since Dale Earnhardt, Jr. in the Nationwide Series back in 2002.  So this No 3 Bass Pro Shops Chevy Silverado Diecast is not one to forget, as Dillon is always showing his skills on the track. He Did it!!! Last weekend, (July 11, 2010) at the Lucas Oil 200 event Dillon scored his first career NASCAR victory at Iowa Speedway in the Camping World Truck Series. That was the first time since 2000, when Bryan Reffner won at Texas Motor Speedway. Dillon is 20 year’s old and at the point in his life where you cant tell him anything! Now with a win under his belt, that track better watch out for him as he is ready to win…
