   Jimmie Johnson started his racing career racing motorcycles and quickly moved to off road leagues of SODA, where he had over 25 wins and more than 100 top 3 finishes. He also had 6 championship wins and was named Rookie of the Year by all 3 leagues. In 1998, he made his move to the ASA circuit where he finished 4th in the points standings and received the Rookie of the Year award. He then made his move into the NASCAR Busch Series and in 2000 went on to drive full time with Herzog Motorsports. In 2001 Jimmie Johnson got his first Busch Series win and finished 9th in the final point standings.  The 2006 season brought Jimmie his first Daytona 500 win. This kicked off the season that resulted in his 1st Nextel Cup Championship. Then in 2007, and 2008 Jimmie won his 2nd & 3rd  Championship posting record sales of Jimmie Johnson diecast and clothing. Jimmie Johnson became the only one driver to win four consecutive NASCAR Championships in history.

2010- Jimmie drives the No 48 Lowe’s/Kobalt Tools Chevy Impala for Hendricks Motorsports. He won the Lenox Industrial Tools 301 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway, and same say it is due to Busch nudging his car into the finish line. Johnson is currently tied with Denny Hamlin for most victories in the 2010 season. Johnson has made 52 career wins and has had several during this season as well. He won the Auto Club 500,Shelby American,FoodCity500, Savemart350 Lenox Tools 301, and made his first victory in a dirt oval at the Tony Stewart charity race. He continues to hold his standings in the Chase for the Sprint Cup as of now. Jimmie has high hopes to make this his 5th consecutive championship so he can add it to his record!
