I am ordering in-stock cars when will they ship?

• We ship in-stock orders usually within 2 business days, if there is a delay we will contact you.
• We ship Monday - Friday
• We charge credit cards the day we ship your product.

1. We split your order and ship as the cars arrive
   
2. We will hold cars up to 7 days to try and combined your shipments to save you on freight.
3. We charge actual freight so generally the cost is low.
4. We charge your card the day your item(s) ship.

2. We can split these shipments upon your request, we will generate a paypal invoice for any additional freight charges.

How do I earn Reward Points?

For every dollar you spend on any merchandise on our site you get Reward Points. Shipping costs are not included. Each point is worth $.01 for future purchases. (Example: You buy a $56.95 1/24 car, you will receive 285 rewards points good for $2.85 off any future purchase, that's 5% back.)

When can I use my Reward Points?

After your order ships, your points will then be activated and can be used on any future purchase.

How can I tell how many Reward Points I have?

Simply log into your account, once logged in you will see a Reward Points side box on the right side of the screen. It will show you how many points you have in the cart and also ready to use and/or pending points.(see example on right)

How do I use my Reward Points?

After you have been awarded points, you can use them during the  checkout process. There is a new Reward Points section on step 2 of 3 during the checkout process. Simply check the rewards points box and those points will go toward your current order and automatically reduce your total. (see example below)
